In this era of tight state and municipal budgets, Connecticut’s cities and towns are increasingly reliant on alternative funding to support critical social programs, infrastructure projects, and economic development initiatives. Potential cuts in these areas can disproportionately affect the most vulnerable in our communities.
As the public sector steadfastly works to close income, achievement and infrastructure gaps, and to retain our best and brightest graduates, we see a massive opportunity for privately funded solutions.
We fund programs that support social and economic opportunity in our Connecticut communities, programs that will attract individuals and businesses to the beautiful cities and towns in which we live, work, and play.
Our focus is on funding projects prioritizing economic development that will result in continued job growth through business development, quality of life improvements, and infrastructure enhancements. Priority consideration will be given to grant applications seeking solutions in the Hartford metro area.
